Go to /download and download the version for your system (macOS .dmg or Windows .exe).
On first launch, a pop-up asks for your licence key (format JOWD-XXXXXXXXXX). Copy and paste the key received by email after purchase and click OK.
The key is remembered: you only need to enter it once per computer.
A second pop-up asks you to choose the destination folder. Documents will be saved in that folder.
After starting, a Chromium browser automatically opens on JustOnWeb. Sign in with itsme as usual.

For a case file with hundreds of documents, the expansion may take 5 to 15 minutes. Do not close the browser window.
Once expansion is complete, downloading begins automatically. Each document is saved in:
If the application is interrupted, simply restart it. Documents already present locally will be detected and skipped, and downloading will resume from the first missing document.
