Legal terms of use

JustOnWeb Downloader only exports documents for which FPS Justice has granted print authorisation. Active JustOnWeb access and an itsme account are required. The tool does not bypass any restrictions imposed by FPS Justice.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between Solo and Pro?: The Solo plan activates the application on 1 computer. The Pro plan allows you to use the same licence on 2 computers simultaneously (e.g. office PC + laptop).
Is there an annual subscription?: No. One-time and definitive payment. No renewal, no subscription.
I need an invoice with a VAT number.: On the purchase page, tick "Professional purchase (B2B)" and enter your VAT number. Your details are recorded for invoicing.
I am changing computer — what should I do?: Contact support with your licence key. We will deactivate the old computer to free up a slot.
Does the tool work for all JustOnWeb case files?: Only for documents for which printing is authorised by FPS Justice. If a document is not printable, it will not be exported.
Refund policy?: If the application does not work on your configuration despite our assistance, a refund is possible within 14 days. Contact support.
